- All jobs over $500.00 require a 50% Deposit on the projected total cost of the shoot.
- All remaining fees to be paid within 45 Days after Delivery of Material and Invoice.
- Photographer reserves the right to use any image for self-promotional purposes.
- I, Richard Patterson, will retain all copyrights to the images produced.
- The usage rights granted to the client will only be transferred when payment is received in full.
- ***15% Surcharge will be placed on all invoices exceeding 45 Days***
- The use of any image indicates an agreement to all terms above.
